Tulsa Zoo 🐢🦁🌿

The Tulsa Zoo in Oklahoma completely exceeded my expectations! 😍✨ Seeing three adult male Aldabra tortoises—each nearly 400 pounds—was absolutely majestic 🐢💪. It really puts into perspective how impressive my two little ones at home will be in a few decades! I was also surprised to spot so many rare species like the Sulawesi leaf turtle, Malaysian painted terrapin, bog turtle, and spiny hill turtle—each displayed in thoughtfully designed habitats 🐢🌿. The conservation and educational efforts here are both engaging and easy to understand, making the experience fun and meaningful for all ages. The zoo’s new indoor exhibits—each with unique themes—and upgraded outdoor enclosures are beautifully executed. And of course, you can’t miss the serene river area with blooming lotuses floating gracefully on the water (check out the video version for more beauty! 🌸💧).
