Tunisia - Hammamet ποΈπ΄
Guide to Getting to Hammamet from Tunis by Minibus: ππ¨ Hammamet, an ancient city and renowned tourist destination in northeastern Tunisia, is a perfect getaway with its expansive white sandy beaches and numerous modern hotels nestled among orange and lemon groves. π¨ To reach Hammamet from Tunis's Old Town hotels, take a taxi to the minibus station, which costs 3 dinars. The station's name is Station Louage Bab Aliwa. ππΈ π¬π There, you'll find plenty of minibuses; just look for the corresponding sign and hop on. The fare is 6.8 dinars for a 9-seater white minibus, and the journey takes nearly an hour to reach Hammamet. π£οΈβ° π¬The minibus travels in the same direction as your hotel, and the drop-off point is just a few hundred meters away. I booked my hotel a day in advance, and it boasted an excellent locationβjust a few hundred meters from the beach and close to the ancient city. ππ¨ The WiFi was also great! πΆπ¨ However, there was a bar next door that played loud music at night. Staying in a room on the left side of the hotel, farther from the bar, might be a better choice. ππ #Tunisia #Hammamet #SpanishCastle #AroundTheWorld
