🍄 Turin's Popular Truffle Restaurant

That's So Good It's Dizzyingly Fragrant 🥩 After visiting the Egyptian Museum, I randomly Googled restaurants and found a place called Tabui: Ristorante di Tartufi, which turned out to be a spot specializing in various black and white truffles. For those who love matsutake and truffles, it was an instant must-visit. 🎊 The restaurant features a variety of dishes with truffles, with prices distinguishing between black and white truffles or a mix. The white truffles are significantly more expensive, but Google reviews suggest that the value for money isn't high, and unfortunately, they were out of stock when we arrived. 😋 The taste was superb. I ordered a truffle steak and a tasting menu, which included beef tartare, fried eggs, and foie gras, among others. Each dish took on a completely different flavor with the addition of truffles, especially the beef tartare with a hint of truffle-infused oil, which was explosively fragrant! The fillet steak was exceptionally tender, ordered rare, and paired with slices of truffle, it felt like the steak had been elevated to a whole new level. Although the restaurant is located on a main street, it was filled with locals. Each table and small area had a different theme, highly recommended! #Restaurant #Turin #ItalianRestaurant #ItalianCuisine #TurinFood
