Finally, a chef has combined my favorite mashed potatoes and stewed meat together! A modern creative restaurant based on traditional dishes from the Piedmont region. Remember to make a reservation in advance! ๐ง ๐ Google Rating: 4.6 (500+) ๐ฐ Average cost per person: 40 Euros ๐ถ Specialty Dishes: Cheese Baked Onion ๐ง Beef Cheek with Mashed Potatoes ๐ฅ Meat Ravioli ๐ธ Sauerkraut Wrapped Meat Come vuole la tradizione 10๐ถ It's truly meat wrapped in sauerkraut leaves, tasting like sauerkraut dumplings without the wrapper. First time seeing this at an Italian restaurant๏ฝYou can give it a try! ๐ธ Cheese Baked Onion ๐ง Cipolla al forno ripiena di salsiccia, amaretti e fonduta di Grana Padano 13๐ถ An entire onion hollowed out, filled with minced meat, baked, and then drizzled with cheese sauce. The onion has a sweet taste and no spiciness. It's perfect for dipping bread (eating it alone might be a bit greasy). ๐ธ Beef Cheek with Mashed Potatoes Guancia brasata al vino rosso 16๐ถ The best of the meal!!! A must-order for mashed potato lovers. The stewed beef is tender and served with mashed potatoes soaked in meat juice. It's a great dish for winter. ๐ธ Italian Ravioli Plin 16๐ถ A typical Piedmont dish. Smaller in size than traditional ravioli and dumplings. The word "plin" means "pinch" in the Piedmont dialect. It tastes like a thick-skinned, hearty meat-filled ravioli with a rich sauce. It's more palatable to me than the cheese-filled ๐ฎ๐น ravioli. The overall dishes seem more suitable as accompaniments to wine ๐ท. #Michelin #RestaurantHopping #MichelinRecommended #Turin #TurinCuisine #ItalianCuisine #EuropeanFreeTravel #Tavern #MichelinRestaurantHopping #ItalianFood #SharingIsCaring
