How can you visit Turin without trying the most famous traditional coffee — Bicerin? I ordered the antico bicerin baratti (10€). To make this old-school coffee, only three ingredients are needed: chocolate, Italian Espresso, and a very smooth layer of milk foam, Crema di Latte! The staff will repeatedly emphasize, "Don't mix it up, oh." Just drink the foam first to fully experience its different layers, the smooth milk on top and the chocolate coffee aroma below. My friend's cioccolata baratti con panna (9.5€) was also quite good.
