Chain restaurant, I visited the one on Via Crea this time. There are also branches at Porta Nuova and Lingotto. The food quality is similar across all three locations. 🖍At Porta Nuova and Lingotto, I didn't have to wait in line. This time at Via Crea, I arrived at 7:50 PM and there were only two people in front of me, but it took half an hour to get my turn. But there were actually plenty of empty seats inside. I suspect it's because there are not enough waitstaff to handle the crowd. There are free peanuts by the door, help yourself. ✅I ordered the onion rings for appetizers. The exterior was very crispy. It had a unique, floury aroma when eaten. The sauce was sweet and sour, with a strong tanginess. It went well together and wasn't too greasy. Recommended! ✅Their signature Western Smash Burger. The patty was good, It was substantial and juicy. Not like the dry and crumbly burger meat you get at Italian fast food places. Give it a try! ❓The steak platter, Gran Canyon Mix, The side of fries was very starchy inside with a crispy exterior. We ordered it medium done, But this time it wasn't cooked well. The doneness was inconsistent across different parts, Some were so raw I had trouble chewing. The dipping sauce had an indescribable flavor, It was a bit oily but not oily in taste, It was a bit salty with a hint of sourness. Probably some parsley flavor too. Just average!
