🌟 Turin Michelin Exploration | Dolce Stil Novo 🌟

This is a Michelin restaurant hidden inside the Turin Royal Palace/Museum, a bit away from the city center. The town is very lively, and walking through the bustling crowds feels wonderful～🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️ On the night of the visit, all guests were arranged outdoors to... feed the mosquitoes. 🦟 The most memorable points should be the amuse-bouche, rye bread, shrimp, Italian dumplings (the best! A traditional dish of the Turin area), and the orange brioche (with a super unique flavor). 🍤🍝🍊 The least favorite was probably the cheese and raw egg soup (just couldn't love it). The dessert was my least liked wine-flavored chocolate, but thankfully, there was tiramisu! 🍫🍰 By the time everything was served and eaten, it was almost 11 pm, and I was really getting sleepy from eating. 🥱 The experience was truly tasting flavors I've never experienced before, which is probably what growth is all about～It was a happy first experience. #Italy #HiddenGemRestaurant #TurinCuisine #TurinFoodExploration #MichelinRestaurantExploration #Michelin
