Two Must-Try Restaurants in Philly – Part 2 🥪

When you come to Philadelphia, you absolutely have to try this sandwich—I call it the ultimate sandwich in the universe! 🥔 Hashbrown – I think it’s delicious! Every time I eat here, I finish two by myself. They’re crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, with a buttery, savory aroma. I eat them one after another without saying a word 😶. 🍳 I’ve always wanted to try their breakfast egg sandwich—the thick, hearty one—but I can never wake up early enough 😴. Has anyone tried it? Describe it to me so I can live vicariously! 🥩 For lunch, I often go for the sauerkraut beef combo. I love sauerkraut—the more sour, the better! A lot of people online say it’s too sour, but for me, it’s just right. The sourness balances out the saltiness of the beef and cuts through the richness of the mayo. 🦃 But even better than the sauerkraut beef is the turkey-blueberry-arugula combo—sounds strange, right? Yet it’s surprisingly delicious! The portions of meat here are generous—much thicker and more substantial than what you’d get on the West Coast. So worth it! The sweet blueberry jam mixed with mayo and sliced turkey is mouthwateringly good 🤤. The arugula is the finishing touch. Sometimes when I’m too full, I might leave some meat behind, but I’ll still finish every bit of the arugula, blueberry jam, and half the bread 😂. 🌙 Evening Version: Middle Child Club This sandwich spot has a dinner version at another location called Middle Child Club. Their dinner is pretty good—not as mind-blowing as the sandwiches, but still worth trying! And the price is reasonable—even two big eaters spent just over $100. In today’s Philly, that’s something to be grateful for 🥹. 💭 Eating well doesn’t always mean expensive. I believe good value matters when it comes to enjoying a meal. No need to drop $1,000+ per person for a great meal—that’s just too much to handle 🤦‍♀️… won’t appreciate it one bit. Overall, both Middle Child (sandwich shop) and Middle Child Club (dinner) are excellent and totally win me over! ❤️ #EatWellStudyWell #RestaurantRecommendations #PhillyFood #PhillyEats #SandwichHeaven
