Two Unremarkable Spots in SLC's Chinatown 😐

Tried two places I hadn’t seen recommended much online — went hoping to avoid lines, but they were just… meh. No wonder nobody posts about them. After tax, about $25 per person — cheap, but OMBU Hot Pot absolutely wins in value. 🍜 Oishi Ramen (Chinese-owned Japanese ramen spot) The chashu ramen broth was underwhelming — not tasty at all. The potstickers tasted like fried frozen dumplings, and the pork & green onion bao were bland with little flavor. 🍲 Pho Salt Lake (Vietnamese pho) Extremely slow service — no idea why a bowl of pho took 40 minutes. My roommate originally ordered stir-fried noodles, but after 30 minutes the server said they were out and asked if fried rice was okay. Flavor was just average.
