Tried what’s branded as a “Michelin-level hot pot” right here in Las Vegas. We stumbled in attracted by the elegant vibe, but the prices? A bit of a shock 😳 We went for the $159 per person set menu, where you can customize your courses. 🥩 Appetizer – Beef Tartare The raw Wagyu was delicious — served on a crispy cracker base. Fresh and flavorful! 🦢 Swan Puff A delicate pastry filled with savory salted egg yolk — quite nice. 🍣 Wagyu Feast The highlight was definitely the Wagyu sushi 🍣 The other Wagyu dishes? Just okay, nothing extraordinary. 🍚 Fried Rice Came out fluffy and not greasy — tasted like a good Yangzhou fried rice, but not mind-blowing. 🍲 Broth Review Golden Chicken Broth: Rich and flavorful 👍 Lobster Broth: Felt like lobster shells boiled in water — not worth it 👎 💭 Overall Impression Hot pot just doesn’t feel “luxury” here — it’s like they’re trying too hard to be high-end for the sake of being expensive. Not worth the splurge in my opinion. 🥓 Lunch – 888 Korean BBQ AYCE Their Wagyu BBQ was fresh and tasty — you can’t go wrong with anything except the small intestines. But service was lacking, and drinks weren’t included in the buffet price — plus, no refills on beverages 😤 🏎️ Racing Experience Since I don’t have a U.S. driver’s license, I just took photos with the cool cars in the parking lot 🚗💨 Prices range from $300–$1000 for 5 laps with an instructor.
