First of all, the store/shop is incredible, it is a museum with some of the rarest audio and speakers ever made. Bought a rare European version of a Sansui G series receiver that had a few issues. Bobby was able to pinpoint and repair the unit. Cost was more than fair with a warranty behind the repair. It is definitely a place to check out vintage audio equipment that noone else has. Bobby and Tony will not make repairs unless anything you bring in to their shop does need it. I brought a rare cd player to them I thought I needed a new belt as well as maintenance on it, they found nothing wrong with the unit at no charge. I read Williams review, he is completely wrong about Bobby. Anyone that truly knows about audio equipment is that Sansui that has a DB board are troublesome. I own a small musik studio, I trust Tony and Bobby with my rare units. Plan to visit them at least once a month just to see if they have anything new. It takes hours to see all they have. Bobby and Tony are not just experts in repairs, they are VERY patient and courteous. This is a rare find these days, esp. here in Vegas. I took my 9090 to a different service previously, it came back worse than when it went in.... SO I had my both my sansui 9090's [I own 2] serviced cleaned and updated by AudioXpert. They worked and looked better than ever but then mysteriously I kept losing stereo or one channel on both units.....I brought them back about 47 times...JK..... several times, at least 6. Their patience and willingness to troubleshoot, WITH ME, the ongoing problem was AMAZING !!! AND as it turns out ..THE CAUSE was my own damn phone settings not running stereo !!!! what a great couple of guys, take your HI-FI anywhere else your making a big mistake.... I brought in my Vintage. Sansui G9000 dB Receiver that had been passed down to me by my dad and his dad before him after 5 weeks in the shop Bobby the owner called me back and said there was nothing they could do without putting a ton of money into it and said he could buy it off me for parts. With the original invoice in my hand which he saw and asked for ,we went up to the the register and he handed me a 100 dollar bill. Now I feel pretty dad stupid by being taken in by a rat. This place is pretty dishonest. I've been working 60 hour weeks and had difficulty getting to this place because of all the road work and was feeling pretty stressed . Watch your back with...
