Restaurant: GAUCHO. The ambiance is indeed very nice, with many people taking photos on the stairs. The lighting is a cool white light, which is rare for a restaurant. The only downside is that the music gets a bit loud later on, causing everyone to raise their voices, making it a bit noisy overall. Rhibarb Spritz 98🥂 Everleaf Mountain sour orange, rhubarb, rose The rose flavor is quite strong, but this drink is very sweet, even a bit cloying, quite average. Light & Stormy 🥃 Pentire Seaward sour orange, lychee, double Dutch ginger beer This one is well-balanced with no strong ginger taste and a subtle lychee flavor, very nice. Argentine sausage plate A platter of Argentine sausages There are two different types of sausages, a bit salty, perfect with pre-meal bread. The surface is slightly charred. Served with two dipping sauces, one is a red chili sauce, salty and spicy, which feels even saltier with the sausages. The other is lemon garlic mayonnaise, which neutralizes the saltiness of the sausages and tastes quite good. SIRLOIN medium 🥩 The meat is very tender and juicy, with a refreshing and non-greasy texture. It's pink when cut, but without any bloodwater oozing out, which is quite good. RIBEYE medium well🥩 My friend ordered this. The texture when cut is good; medium would probably have a better texture. Medium well feels a bit dry and tough to me, but the marbling helps to balance it out. However, it becomes a bit greasy towards the end. Sautéed Broccoli 🥦 Served with broccoli, topped with roasted almond crumbs. The first bite feels a bit too sour due to the lemon. Cheesecake🧀 As it was a birthday, this small cake was a gift. It has a strong caramel flavor, but it's delicious with the crushed cookies on top.
