Outbound: 🚞 RE5: Munchen Hbf → Freilassing | 7:56 - 9:33 (sit on the right for better views!) 🚞 S4: Freilassing → Berchtesgaden Hbf | 9:52 - 10:41 🚌 Bus 840: Berchtesgaden Hbf → Königssee (Note: Both 840 and 843 go there, but make sure to take the one heading to Königssee!) 🚢 After arrival, take a boat ride. From October 16, winter schedule applies—boats only go to the Onion Church 💒. Round-trip boat ticket: €22.5. On the way back from Berchtesgaden, take bus 846 to Ramsau Village (heading towards Hintersee). Get off at Parish Church of St. Sebastian for the famous view (as shown in Figure 1).
