Unbelievably Delicious Cantonese Food at The Venetian Las Vegas! 🎰🍲

📍 Hong Kong Cafe Located inside The Venetian’s casino area. Super tasty—totally blew my expectations away! We originally planned to go to Mott 32, but spotted this spot along the way. It looked more affordable, and honestly, we were too lazy to walk further… so we gave it a try. And wow—so glad we did! 😍 🦆 Roast Goose Authentic! Seriously authentic—even the plum sauce was amazing. So, so good! 👌 🍗 Silky Poached Chicken Really nice! Served chilled, just the right texture. The skin had that lovely jelly-like layer, and the ginger-scallion dipping sauce was on point—made with sand ginger, too. ❤️ 🍆 Fish-Fragrant Eggplant with E-Fu Noodles THE BEST DISH of the meal! My mother-in-law ordered it, and we were all surprised by how delicious it was. A must-try! 🥟 Siu Mai & Xiao Long Bao Xiao Long Bao was not great 😕. Siu Mai was okay.
