Unexpectedly Delicious & Fun! 🦪🎉

What a delicious surprise! A friend picked this place because he wanted to try the char-grilled oysters – and honestly, I wasn’t sure at first. But wow, what an incredible meal! The char-grilled oysters were the star – so good that I wish we’d ordered more instead of the Oysters Rockefeller or Bienville (which were fine, but couldn’t compare). We also wanted to try alligator, so we got the alligator bites. Our server (who was awesome! 😊) recommended the blackened version over fried. The kitchen accidentally sent out fried first, but she let us keep it and brought us the blackened one on the house! While the fried was tasty (like fancy chicken nuggets 🐊🍗), the blackened alligator was the real winner – amazing flavor and texture! Then I tried the crawfish sandwich – loaded with crawfish and totally satisfying 🥪🦞.
