From the second our Uber pulled up, Chris was right there on the sidewalk to greet us He didn’t just help with our luggage—he welcomed us with a warm smile 😊, shared helpful tips , fascinating stories about the hotel’s history , and recommendations on where to eat and what to do . He even made sure our room was ready early! 🗝️✨ Throughout our stay, every staff member was consistently accommodating and cheerful . They always greeted us with "Good morning!" ☀️ or welcomed us back after a day of exploring the French Quarter. They constantly checked to make sure we had everything we needed—often before we even realized we needed it! 🤗 As first-time visitors to New Orleans, we found the city beautifully overwhelming 🎊—but Chris’s guidance helped us navigate it all with ease 🗺️.
