Valencia Museum of Fine Arts

🕰️ Hours: Tuesday to Sunday (10:00-20:00), Closed on Mondays The Valencia Museum of Fine Arts is a significant art gallery in Spain, boasting a collection that spans from the 14th to the 19th century. Upon entering, you’ll notice many works with religious themes, along with a multitude of paintings, including some famous pieces by Francisco de Goya. 🌟His artwork evolves from Rococo to Neoclassicism, and even to Pre-Romanticism. However, you won’t find many of his works in the entrance hall. Make sure to ask the staff, as a short walk through a corridor to another building will lead you to more of his masterpieces. There’s also a temporary exhibition of Joaquín Sorolla, whose Luminismo is a prominent style in his creations. 🌟Of course, there are many other works to be appreciated at a leisurely pace. Personally, unless you have a keen interest in religious themes, you might not want to spend too much time at the beginning. Feel free to ask the staff to guide you to the other exhibition halls through the corridor. Visiting the museum is a great way to spend your weekend. #Spain #Valencia #ArtGallery #FineArts #PaintingExhibition #ValenciaMuseumOfFineArts #WeekendActivities
