Vancouver’s Hidden Gem Western Restaurant| 🐟Boulevard Kitchen🐟
🚪: As soon as I walked in, I saw the Michelin recommended sign. The white walls at the entrance were freshly painted. Although it’s located on the first floor of the Sutton Place Hotel, which is a bit old, the decor inside the restaurant is quite modern. 🐟 Blue Fin Tuna Sashimi🐟 The appetizer started with tuna. The tuna was fatty, and a bite was full of oil. Paired with the well-prepared sauce, it was very appetizing. 🐮 A5 Miyazaki Prefecture Wagyu🐮 The grilled beef was aromatic. On weekends, I just want to eat meat heartily, LOL. The middle had a bit of tendon, accompanied by a pumpkin sauce and cinnamon mixture shaped like lotus root slices, which was very refreshing. 🐔 Charcoal Grilled Loong Kong Chicken🐔 The crispy fried chicken was paired with yam and potato cakes. At first, I thought it was cheese, LOL. The slight sweetness brought a fresh taste to the dish. I didn’t expect such a Western restaurant to have such a Chinese-style dish. The outside was crispy, and the inside was tender, absolutely amazing. 🍫 The little dessert served after the meal was not too sweet and was paired with Dessert Wine. Desserts really do make people happier, LOL. 🅿️ Parking is available underground. There’s no need to worry about finding a parking spot because there are so many levels underground. #VancouverFood #VancouverWesternCuisine #VancouverLife #VancouverFoodie #VancouverRestaurants #Vancouver #VancouverRestaurantRecommendations #Food #FoodDiary #DailyFoodShare
