Tucked away in West Vancouver, a low-key, old-money style Italian restaurant! Very charming 😍 🍴 Vitello Tonnato - Veal with tuna sauce. Who’s been wowed! The tender beef paired with the tuna sauce creates a rich layer of flavors!! A classic Italian dish 🥰 🍽️ Garganelli ai Funghi - Pasta with cream and mushrooms! This is where happiness resides! The pasta is cooked to perfection, and with the sauce, it’s seriously moreish 🤤 🤩 Laglierini Duck Raqú - Classic thin pasta with duck ragù, a delicious score! But it seems the aftertaste of the first pasta slightly overshadows this one 🦆 🍗 Chicken Scaloppine al Limone - Chicken breast with mashed potatoes… This might be the only dish I’m not too fond of today. The chicken breast is even tenderer than elsewhere, and with the mashed potatoes, I would like them separately, but together, it’s a bit of a mixed bag for me (just personal preference) 🍒 Chocolate Chestnut Cake - The dedication of eating the full course. The chocolate is rich and not cloying, paired with sweet cherries in syrup, it’s impeccable 🍰 🧊 Overall, the satisfaction is very high! Each pasta is truly delicious. They also have a seasonal truffle menu, which is worth a try. The atmosphere in the restaurant is also great, warm, comfortable, and relaxed.
