Vancouver | The Best Peruvian Cuisine in Canada 😭

Procrastination almost made me forget what this tasted like, but I am so thankful for Vancouver's top food bloggers who recommended this place to me. I booked a table early and it did not disappoint! Every dish was crafted with care, tasted incredible, and the cocktails—though I can't remember their names—were so unexpectedly good! Especially the first one I had, I remember really loving its flavor. Ceviche Classico 🌟: Since it was my first time here, I had to try this classic dish. I’ve never had sashimi in such large chunks before, and it was super fresh! The accompanying corn added a crunchy texture, and it wasn't overly sour at all. Highly recommended! Prawn & Scallop Causa 🌟 (Must-Try): This was a special dish at the time, not on the regular menu, but it was absolutely amazing! Creamy mashed potatoes with massive scallops, crispy shrimp, and mayo—one bite sent me straight to heaven! If you can get this, you have to try it! Octopus Anticuchero 🐙 (Must-Try): I've had octopus at many different restaurants in Toronto, but for some reason, this one was just incredibly tender and juicy. When you cut into it, you could feel how soft it was, and once in your mouth, it just burst with flavor. Loved it! Beef Tenderloin Tartare 🐮: This was different from traditional tartare with some added spices, giving it a unique and complex flavor. Every bite was an absolute delight! Arroz con Pato 🔥 (Must-Try): This dish was phenomenal 😭! The rice, topped with a perfect egg and super tender duck breast, was flawless. I didn’t want to share—could have eaten the whole plate myself! Everyone, you must order this! This place is tough to get into. I booked two weeks in advance and could only get a 5:15 pm slot, so plan ahead if you want a more convenient time. The food is so good, you won't regret it—just go!
