Vancouver Art Gallery: A Bit Underwhelming 🎨
Flower previously loved visiting museums in Europe.❤️ 🌅Yesterday, she visited the Vancouver Art Gallery, which was her first museum experience in Canada. She felt a bit disappointed. 🌿 Firstly, the ticket price is not cheap.🌈 Even local residents have to pay $29, which is more expensive than the Louvre and the Vatican Museums. 😋 Secondly, there aren't many classic works. Only the second and third floors have exhibitions by two artists. ❤️The second floor is about deconstructing the past and looking forward to the future, while the third floor is called "The Itch of Five Hundred Years." 🎨🌈 The building itself is more interesting than the artworks. 🌿It is an excellent example of European-style architecture in Vancouver. The size and design are so impressive that it could be a small museum in Italy. 🏛️ Surprisingly, the souvenir shop has some classic works' notebooks and stickers, like Van Gogh's Starry Night. It feels like the souvenir shop is even more appealing than the exhibits! 🛒📍 🌈#Vancouver #Museum #LifeInCanada #ArtAndArchitecture🌿
