Vancouver's Hidden Gem Restaurant, Authentic and Delicious Near DT ๐Ÿ‘

A lesser-known family restaurant ๐Ÿ  hidden in the residential area of Vancouver ๐Ÿฅ™. The Al pastor and Cochinita Tacos are truly exceptional! ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ We tried the following Tacos (6๐Ÿ”ช each): ๐Ÿท Cochinita - shredded pork ๐ŸŒฎ Traditional taco is super tasty, with a sweet and spicy flavor! It's their signature dish, the best of the night. ๐Ÿค Tinga - shredded chicken ๐ŸŒฎ The sauce is refreshing, the chicken is tender, and the toppings are more abundant. My teammate's favorite! ๐Ÿฎ Suadero - braised Beef ๐ŸŒฎ The meat is fragrant and not at all dry, likely braised and then pan-fried, with a rich, oily aroma! ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ Chorizo - pork ๐ŸŒฎ Ordered on a whim and surprisingly delicious! Made with Mexican-style pork sausage. ๐Ÿฅฌ Veggie - mushroom ๐ŸŒฎ: This one was quite ordinary, ordered because some family members don't eat meat. ๐Ÿง€๏ธ Alambre de Pastor ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฝ Traditional dish: It's essentially a deluxe version of the Al pastor Taco, featuring the classic Al Pastor (grilled pork) with cheese, plus ๐Ÿฅ“ bacon, ๐Ÿซ‘ bell peppers, ๐Ÿ„ mushrooms, ๐Ÿง… onions, and more! Served with a basket ๐Ÿงบ of taco shells to DIY your own rolls, pile on the meat, and I like to dip it in ๐Ÿ pineapple salsa, the tangy and spicy flavor is incredibly fragrant! โš ๏ธ If you order this, don't get the Al Pastor Taco, as the meat and shells are the same. ๐Ÿฅ— Salsa Train: A sampler of salsas ranging from mild to the hottest! Purely homemade, scoop a bit with tortilla chips and try each one. I liked the smoky, barbecue-style sauce, but I can't remember its name. #WhatIHadForDinner #Inspiration #VancouverLife #Vancouver #FunInVancouver #WeekendExploration #VancouverEats #VancouverFoodExploration ### Name: Mi Casa Mexicana Address: 2015 Burrard St, Vancouver, BC V6J 3H4 Type: Restaurant ###
