Vancouver Two-Day Trip Attractions Parking Guide — Day 2
After returning from Victoria, we continued exploring Vancouver~ 😊 Since we were too tired from the previous day, us two "seniors" didn’t join my parents—the "young ones"—for their 6 a.m. visit to Queen Elizabeth Park 🌳 🌸 Stanley Park At 10 a.m., after breakfast, we headed straight to Lot 62 in the park and bought a $16 day pass. Then we leisurely explored the Rose Garden and Beaver Lake. On a sunny day, Stanley Park offers breathtaking views at every turn—the sky was incredibly blue every time we looked up! ☀️ We returned to the parking lot to drive to Prospect Point Lookout for a view of the Lion’s Gate Bridge. Then we made stops along the west coast to enjoy the scenery, finally arriving at Totem Poles and Brockton Point Lighthouse to see the totems and lighthouse. With the day pass, you can park anywhere in the park unlimited times! 🚗💨 🏙️ Canada Place In the afternoon, we had reservations for FlyOver Canada at Canada Place—an amazing experience! It’s an immersive flight over Canada’s most beautiful cities. My parents were thrilled, especially when they recognized places like Quebec and Ottawa that they’d visited. 🥹 After the show, we strolled outside and found a pink landmark spot hidden on the staircase path to the right of Waterfront Station, leading up to Granville Square. 📸 🅿️ 500 W Waterfront Rd, Vancouver, BC V6B 5E8 🕰️ Steam Clock Since the Steam Clock is very close to Hastings St.—which can feel a bit unsettling—we opted for a drive-by photo strategy: taking turns quickly hopping out of the car for a snapshot. 🚗💨 It’s a modern and efficient way to check it out without worrying about parking or safety! 🏞️ Whytecliff Park | West Vancouver On our last day, we drove along the Sea-to-Sky Highway to Whytecliff Park. Although the park isn’t very large, the views are absolutely stunning—it feels like standing at the edge of the world! 🌊 We even saw people diving there—a truly unique experience! 🤿 🅿️ 7102 Marine Dr, West Vancouver, BC V7W 2T3 #StanleyPark #LionsGateBridge #CanadaPlace #FlyOverCanada #VancouverSteamClock #WestVan
