🔥 Vegas’ Stunning Mexican “Pretty Meal” — We Felt Spoiled!

📍 Toca Madera Las Vegas 3720 S Las Vegas Blvd unit 233, Las Vegas, NV 89158 On Sunday, my friend and I were shopping at Crystals and wanted a beautiful meal. Toca Madera is right on the first floor of the mall — just steps from Aria’s entrance into a chic little nest-like courtyard with rows of blazing flames — so stunning! The decor is modern “new money” style: curved wood panels, raw wood tables, lush greenery, and tons of big white candles everywhere — romantic, cozy, and totally chic. Our server was adorable — a bit like a wholesome Timothée Chalamet! For appetizers, he recommended the tuna and yellowtail — perfect since we love seafood: 🐟 Hamachi with Black Truffle — A must-order! Super tender yellowtail with shiso, yuzu ponzu, and black truffle oil — Asian-inflected deliciousness. 🐟 Sashimi Mexicano — Tuna with Mexican red chili and tangy lime-leche de tigre — bright and fresh. ❤️ Grilled Branzino — Highly recommend! The fish was unbelievably tender — melts in your mouth with that “spoiled” feeling. Topped with chipotle cream sauce, smoked chili bits, and tequila cream — so fragrant! ❤️ Petite Filet — Literally melt-in-your-mouth tender — spoiled all over again. Sides: 🥕 Butter-Glazed Rainbow Carrots and creamy potatoes, plus cilantro-lime rice — fresh and flavorful, pairing perfectly with the fish. We blindly chose the Chef’s Choice Dessert — and got three full desserts on one platter! Our server even did a sparkler performance 🎆 — yep, spoiled once more. Three desserts at three temperatures: 🍨 Chocolate brownie with ice cream 🍓 Strawberry shortcake 🥧 Warm lemon cake Each was delicious — we thought we’d never finish, but we devoured it all. 🍹 Watermelon Margarita — pretty in pink and tasty! The restaurant was packed on Sunday night — couples, big families, friends partying. With the National Rodeo Finals in town, lots of cowboy hats in the crowd. Many tables ordered the tomahawk steak — servers wheel it over, flame-sear it tableside 🔥, and carve it up amid camera flashes. Such a fun vibe! The staff are all gorgeous and friendly — smooth, natural small talk, no fake smiles.
