Vegas｜Peter Luger, the classic New York steakhouse🥩

Last time I had a porterhouse steak was at Wolfgang's… and I’ve been craving it ever since. Peter Luger is a super iconic New York dry-aged steakhouse, so I had to try it while in Vegas—sizzling porterhouse and strip steak here I come! 🥩 Steak for Two: Medium Rare Such a huge portion! Even three of us couldn’t finish it. My favorite parts were the meat near the bone and the crispy outer layer. The steak was flavorful, tender, and juicy—personally, I think it tasted even better than Wolfgang's! 🥗 Mixed Green Salad + 🥓 Bacon A refreshing, tangy palate-cleanser. The thick-cut bacon was crispy on the outside yet tender inside—not too salty and really tasty. 🦀 Crab Cake A generous crab cake packed with pure crab meat—so satisfying and delicious. 🥖 I expected more from the complimentary bread… The onion roll was pretty good, but the rest were just okay. 🍅 The tomato-based sauce served with the steak was way too tomato-y—not a fan. Good old salt is still the best pairing.
