Vegas | Chinese Food Roundup During CES Week ππ
Every day was exhausting β felt like my soul left my body π Thankfully, we had a restaurant guru in our group! The highlight of each day was deciding where to eat! π¨ Day 1: Xiao Long Kan Hot Pot Shoo Loong Kan Hot Pot 4215 Spring Mountain Rd b203, Las Vegas, NV 89103 The most satisfying meal Iβve had in the U.S.! This Sichuan native cried tears of joy in America! ππ₯ Tip: You need a U.S. phone number to join the waitlist. π¨ Day 2: Chubby Cattle BBQ 501 W Garvey Ave #108, Monterey Park, CA 91754 After a full day of media meetings and only eating McDonaldβs, we stood in the cold wind for an hour to get a tableβ¦ Then three of us demolished 50 plates of meat! π₯©π£ Already delicious β but even better when youβre starving! The wagyu sushi was also amazing. π¨ Day 3: Mala Town β Build-Your-Own Malatang 5960 Spring Mountain Rd #1D, Las Vegas, NV 89146 A bit bland, honestly β we had to load up the broth with extra sauces and spices. We mainly went to see why this place became a chain π€. π¨ Day 4: Post-CES Wind-down at Dong Ting Chun (Hunan Cuisine) 4850 W Flamingo Rd Unit 34-35, Las Vegas, NV 89103 Absolutely authentic! As someone from Shenzhen, eating Hunan food in Vegas felt like home β€οΈ. The server even told us: βDonβt order from the American-Chinese page β itβs not good. Order from our real menu!β π π¨ Day 5: Hunan Rice Noodles Hunan Rice Noodle 3435 S Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89146 More Hunan food for the Shenzhen crew! The noodles were a bit salty, but we also got a plate of stinky tofu (yes again!). β Bonus: Thereβs a great Japanese matcha drink spot across the street! #LasVegasFun #WhatToEatInVegas #ChineseFoodVegas #VegasEats #CESFoodDiary π₯’πΆοΈβ¨
