Vegas Breakfast ➜ Lunch ➜ Dinner ➜ Late-Night Eats — All in One Post!
Let's be real — Vegas feels like a food desert to me (second only to Orlando 😅). But these four spots absolutely blew me away and made this New Yorker genuinely impressed! They perfectly cover a full day of eating — bookmark this now! 🥯 Breakfast/Brunch: Sadelle’s Cafe Their smoked salmon bagel is hyped up for a reason — it’s legit amazing! 🍣 The salmon isn’t too thin or salty, with a nice QQ texture that any raw fish lover will adore. I also tried the onion soup (a blind pick from the menu) — cheese lovers must try! A bit salty but still delicious. The pancakes are super soft and fluffy too! 🥞 🍛 Lunch / Afternoon Meal: Garlic Yuzu Korean-inspired creative fusion! They offer Set A, B, and C — I tried A and B. OMG — this outshines so many NYC Michelin spots 🏆 Every single dish was a hit, no misses. After days of underwhelming Vegas eats, this place revived my taste buds! My personal favorite of the four — a must-visit! 🥩 Dinner / Korean BBQ: Samurai Excellent beef quality! As someone who doesn’t love overly fatty wagyu, their meat was perfectly tender and bouncy. The seasoning is mostly in the dipping sauces, but I loved being able to taste the pure beef flavor — a true sign of quality meat! 🏮 Late-Night Izakaya: Raku A frequently recommended spot — their yakitori is just okay (I skipped it this time). But the egg dish — I could have three bowls! 🥚 Their tofu is also famous — fried tofu beats the cold version. Tuna on the specials menu was super fresh. And don’t skip dessert — a little cake before bed feels heavenly! 🍰 #DayOfEats #LasVegas #LateNightBites #VegasFoodGuide #FoodieItinerary #MustTryInVegas
