Vegas Food Diary • 888 Korean BBQ $42.95 Kobe AYCE 🥩🔥

I really came to the right place — Vegas’ Chinatown is packed with AYCE BBQ spots! After trying the 888 Japanese BBQ yesterday, today I unlocked its sister shop 888 Korean BBQ. Honestly, I’m not sure why the Korean one isn’t as popular — the ingredients are almost the same! Out of curiosity, I went for the Kobe Style AYCE. Some premium items are limited to one order per table — but they’re truly worth it: ✅ Kobe Beef — Fine marbling like wagyu! After grilling, the fat melts inside, giving a juicy burst with every bite! ✅ Prime Korean Kalbi — Marinated beef short ribs, perfect fat-to-lean ratio, grilled for 30 seconds — so fragrant! ✅ Kobe Carpaccio — Thinly sliced raw Kobe beef marinated in onion vinegar sauce — tender and melts in your mouth! The above three are limit one per table, but the rest of the menu is all-you-can-eat:👍🙌 Kobe Brisket, Kobe Fatty Rib, Filet Mignon, Bulgogi, and more — super satisfying! If you’re not a huge sushi fan, I actually recommend 888 Korean BBQ over the Japanese one! Here’s why: ✅ Cheaper! Kobe Style AYCE at 888 Japanese is $43.95, but here it’s $42.95 — not only $1 less, but you get more meat options!😊👍 ✅ Better service! Staff regularly come to clean or change the grill — at 888 Japanese, nobody ever changed ours! Verdict: A better dining experience than 888 Japanese — surprised this place isn’t more famous! 🚩 888 Korean BBQ 4215 Spring Mountain Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89102 #VegasEats #LasVegasFood #VegasFoodRecs #VegasFoodReview #KoreanBBQ #AYCE #KobeBeef
