Vegas Food Discovery | Hidden Gem French Restaurant in Aria 🥖
One of my birthday meals this year was at Bardot Brasserie, a charming French spot inside Aria! 🎂 The overall experience was lovely—romantic lighting, cozy atmosphere, and great value for money. Highly recommended! ❤️ We skipped big mains like steak or roast duck and focused on tapas and appetizers instead. Here’s what we tried (mostly foie gras, escargot, and steak tartare): ▫️ Pan-Roasted Foie Gras 🦢 Seared foie gras with caramelized apples and toasted French bread. Rich, melt-in-your-mouth goodness that wasn’t overly heavy. ▫️ Seared Foie Gras ❄️ A cooler, more delicate version that highlights the pure flavor of foie gras—perfect with red wine. 🍷 ▫️ Escargots de Bourgogne 🐌 My personal favorite! Plump snails baked in garlic herb butter, served with crusty baguette. So good we almost ordered another round! 😋 ▫️ Steak Tartare 🥩 Made with USDA Prime beef, dressed with egg yolk and special sauce, served with crispy fries. A perfect light starter! ▫️ Onion Soup Gratinee 🧅⚡ The only letdown—way too salty. Maybe the chef got distracted that day… 🤷♀️ 🍮 Desserts were the REAL stars! ▫️ Chocolate Grand Macaron 🍫 A giant macaron with a chocolate shell and smooth mousse inside—just the right sweetness! ▫️ Mille-Feuille 🍰 Caramel cream layered with crispy pastry—light, creamy, and absolutely delicious. 🎉 Tip: If you’re celebrating a special occasion, let the restaurant know in advance—they may offer a complimentary dessert! 🎁 🔖 The service was excellent, and the dim, romantic lighting sets the perfect mood for celebrations.
