Vegas Food Review｜Samurai Japanese BBQ 🍖

I’ve been to Vegas so many times but never got to try this place—finally did this time, and honestly… it was disappointing 😕. There are tons of positive reviews praising the meat quality and value for money, but honestly? It’s just okay. We ordered the 8 Kinds Premium platter for two 🥩. We thought we’d try a bit of everything first and then order more of what we liked—but none of it stood out. Before grilling, the server gave us detailed instructions on how to cook each cut 🔥. I followed the directions carefully, but the meat still turned out tough 😬. Usually when I grill, I don’t need that many rules—it just works! Overall, it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good either.
