Vegas Resy Restaurant – 8 East πŸ₯’✨

Found this Chinese-fusion spot 8 East on Resy while in Vegas – quite a few recommendations online too. Located in a casino in the old downtown area – they check ID strictly at the entrance, so bring your ID if you have a reservation! The restaurant isn’t large but is pretty popular – walk-ins may have to wait even with a reservation. I ordered almost everything I wanted to try: 🍚 Beef Fried Rice ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A family favorite – big chunks of tender braised beef mixed in. Highly recommended! 🍜 Dan Dan Noodles ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not exactly traditional, but still flavorful – I ate a good portion. 🌢️ Dry-Fried Green Beans ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Loaded with minced pork, slightly sweet and spicy – beans were well-seasoned and tasty! πŸ„ Butter Roasted Mushrooms ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looks simple but buttery and fragrant. πŸ₯© Raw Marinated Beef Slices ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice seasoning, good quality beef. πŸ¦† Duck Rolls ⭐⭐⭐ Okay – not bad but not impressive. 🌢️ Mapo Tofu ⭐⭐⭐ Decent, but not what we know as Chengdu-style mapo tofu. My parents kept eating it though! 🍜 Ba Dong Noodles ⭐⭐ You can skip – basically a Lanzhou-style ramen. πŸ₯Ÿ Pan-Fried Dumplings ⭐⭐ Not sure why I didn’t love them – they make their own wrappers and the filling is substantial, but the seasoning felt off. πŸ’ Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super friendly and attentive – a big plus! Overall, I thought it was pretty good! Three of us ate for $160 – a solid choice if you’re looking for a nice meal with reimbursement in mind. #Foodie #VegasEats #ChineseFusion #LasVegasFood #8East 🎲
