Vegas Resy Restaurant β 8 East π₯’β¨
Found this Chinese-fusion spot 8 East on Resy while in Vegas β quite a few recommendations online too. Located in a casino in the old downtown area β they check ID strictly at the entrance, so bring your ID if you have a reservation! The restaurant isnβt large but is pretty popular β walk-ins may have to wait even with a reservation. I ordered almost everything I wanted to try: π Beef Fried Rice βββββ A family favorite β big chunks of tender braised beef mixed in. Highly recommended! π Dan Dan Noodles βββββ Not exactly traditional, but still flavorful β I ate a good portion. πΆοΈ Dry-Fried Green Beans βββββ Loaded with minced pork, slightly sweet and spicy β beans were well-seasoned and tasty! π Butter Roasted Mushrooms ββββ Looks simple but buttery and fragrant. π₯© Raw Marinated Beef Slices ββββ Nice seasoning, good quality beef. π¦ Duck Rolls βββ Okay β not bad but not impressive. πΆοΈ Mapo Tofu βββ Decent, but not what we know as Chengdu-style mapo tofu. My parents kept eating it though! π Ba Dong Noodles ββ You can skip β basically a Lanzhou-style ramen. π₯ Pan-Fried Dumplings ββ Not sure why I didnβt love them β they make their own wrappers and the filling is substantial, but the seasoning felt off. π Service βββββ Super friendly and attentive β a big plus! Overall, I thought it was pretty good! Three of us ate for $160 β a solid choice if youβre looking for a nice meal with reimbursement in mind. #Foodie #VegasEats #ChineseFusion #LasVegasFood #8East π²
