We went for tender beef slices and beef shoulder β the tender beef was the winner! π₯ The spicy beef tallow broth lived up to its reputation β rich and flavorful, not too salty. Medium spicy had a nice kick but didnβt burn going down π₯ We also got a triple-flavor pot β perfect for satisfying everyone (kids loved the tomato base! π ) They even helped cut food for the little ones β super family-friendly! βοΈπΆ π Downsides: The snack bar was pretty basic (cherry tomatoes, edamame, peanuts). Sauce station was complete though! I first heard about it 20 years ago on Kangxi Coming β Xiao S raved about how mind-blowing it was π¨π₯ It still feels fresh and avant-garde!
