Let me tell you, it was an absolute culinary delight. The noodles were cooked to perfection and the flavors were simply divine. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this restaurant on this bright night.

Shang Artisan Noodle lives up to its name with its hand-pulled noodles. They are a work of art! I tried the Shàng Beef Noodle dish and was blown away by the exceptionally tender beef. It practically melted in my mouth and was perfectly cooked, offering a delightful balance of texture and flavor. You could tell that great care had been taken in preparing the beef. The beef broth that came with the noodles was also rich and aromatic, with a deep umami flavor. It had hints of warming spices that added a wonderful complexity to each spoonful. The hand-pulled noodles were a work of art and were impeccably made, offering the ideal balance of chewiness and tenderness. They soaked up the flavorful broth, making each bite a harmonious blend of taste and texture. I added on some of their delectable dumplings, and I must say, they were an absolute delight. If you’re searching for the best handmade noodles in town, Shang’s Artisan Noodle is the place to be. From the moment you walk in, you know you’re in for something special. The warm and inviting atmosphere, the incredible aromas of fresh, hand-pulled noodles being tossed in sizzling woks, and the friendly service all set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. This isn’t just a meal—it’s an event.

Let’s start with the star of the show: the noodles. The craftsmanship that goes into each bowl is unreal. You can see the chefs expertly stretching and pulling the dough right in front of you, and the result is nothing short of perfection. The texture is spot on—perfectly chewy yet tender, soaking up every bit of the rich, flavorful sauces. It’s rare to find noodles this fresh and well-balanced, and Shang’s absolutely nails it.

Now, onto the dishes—and let me just say, everything on the menu is a winner, but the shrimp stir-fry is hands down my favorite. The shrimp are cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The stir-fry sauce is the perfect balance of savory and slightly sweet, coating the noodles and vegetables in a way that makes every bite better than the last. The fresh, crisp veggies add the perfect crunch, making this dish a total home run.

But I can’t stop there because the cucumbers with ginger sauce are an absolute must-try! This dish is so simple yet so incredibly flavorful. The cucumbers are crisp and refreshing, with just the right amount of bite, and the ginger sauce takes them to another level. It’s the perfect balance of light, tangy, and slightly sweet—an ideal appetizer to start the meal or a great side to cleanse the palate between bites of rich, savory noodles.

And, of course, no meal here is complete without a Mexican Coca-Cola. There’s just something about that glass bottle and the real cane sugar that makes it taste so much better than a regular soda. It’s the perfect way to wash down the bold, flavorful dishes at Shang’s.

Every time I visit, I leave beyond satisfied, already thinking about what I’ll try next. The attention to detail, from the handmade noodles to the bold flavors in every dish, makes Shang’s Artisan Noodle stand out as one of the best spots around. If you love noodles, stir-fries, or just incredible food in general, this is a must-visit. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be coming back...

[Above all, will I be back?] It was my first visit and this became my favorite Chinese noodle joint in Vegas! There are so many good reviews about this place and it was not a lie! The food, interior, hygiene, service and even the affordable prices, .... everything was excellent! I am so happy I tried here and will definitely be back with my local or out of state guests. Can't wait to try other noodles at this small hole in the wall again!

(5/5) Dan Dan Noodles with a choice of hand-pulled noodles OMG! It is a perfect level of spiciness for spicy lovers! The best Dan Dan I ever had! The seasoning and spiciness was just perfect. Not too salty with full of flavor. The minced pork was perfectly seasoned and cooked. It was not too dry. The hand-pulled noodles were perfectly cooked. Not too soggy, or too chewy! Good and happy portion as well. I wanted more but I was full lol How many times did I say "perfect" for this food? lol

(3/5) Cucumber salad I was not a big fan of the dark sesame sauce. You can ask for the sauce to be side. I prefer traditional style sauce.

Ambience It is a small, narrow place with about less than 10 tables and 20 bar seats. You can see staff making hand-pulled noodles and cook through glass. Lively, casual and busy. Not a place to relax and chat, grab a bite and go.

Service The staff was friendly, quick and attentive. Nothing to complain.

Hygiene The glasses, cups, utensils, the table and floor were clean.

Price It was affordable. most of the noodles are under $13. What a great deal these days! (Average price for Pho is $15, Ramen is $13 in Vegas)

Restroom It was clean and well maintained. Gender separated.

Location It is on Flamingo, near Decatur. Less than 15 minutes from the Strip.

Parking It is limited and small so it might be hard to find a spot.
