🎨 Venice | Daniel Arsham's Future Relics at the Floating Cinema 🌊
✨Located in Venice, Chiesa di Santa Caterina is the venue for this year's Venice Biennale, which, in addition to the regular Giardini and Arsenale venues, features many high-quality parallel art exhibitions, reflecting the theme of the Biennale, "Foreigners Everywhere". ✨The most surprising solo exhibition of the year has to be Daniel Arsham's "Venice 3024", which, like Xu Bing's "Art Satellite" project, is housed within a church in the city of Venice. Both exhibitions not only convey a sense of futurism and the intertwined humanistic sentiments of epic relics but also benefit from the sacredness of the church location, giving the entire project the unique texture and interactive experience of site-specific works. ✨The exhibition is open to the public for free, but transportation can be slightly inconvenient. Mainly, starting from the train station, the huge flow of people taking the boat might waste a lot of time, so walking is recommended. Highly recommended! ✨I really appreciate the unique poetic quality of Arsham's sculptures, which exist in the quiet decay and transformation between the simple and elegant. The scale and style of the works are very suitable for exhibitions at the Strozzi Palace in Florence, and I hope to see more innovative collaborations next year. #DailyArtShare #ContemporaryArt #ArtExhibition #Venice #VeniceBiennale #Italy
