Venice 🇮🇹 - Two-Michelin-Star Restaurant Ristorante Glam
The only two-Michelin-star restaurant 🌟🌟 on the main island of Venice is Glam di Enrico Bartolini . This time, I went for the classic menu, which cost €250. Italians really dress up for dinner! The service here is more attentive than what you'd find in London Michelin restaurants. ✔️A GAME OF TASTES AND CONSISTENCIES The turnip puree with crispy potato shells was heavenly. The broccoli was the sweetest I’ve ever tasted, and the cheese sauce was divine, though the two accompanying sauces were a bit too tangy. ✔️ACQUADELLE FISH WITH SAUCES The fried bread with smoked fish was incredibly tasty, with a strong nori flavor. ✔️CABBAGE, CAVIAR AND QUAIL EGG A plate of fried fish jerky, which had a bit of an exotic taste. ✔️LEEK AND PIKE EGGS The leek leaves were soft and carried a hint of leek aroma. ✔️CUTTLEFISH CHARGRILLED The chargrilled cuttlefish was absolutely delicious. The chef’s special dish for the night had a nutty, creamy sauce that was to die for. ✔️LINGUINE, NDUJA AND FASSONA RICE, YELLOW PUMPKIN FROM CHIOGGIA AND RAS EL HANOUT The beef cheek was incredibly tender and had no fishy taste at all!
