Vietnamese Cuisine Recommended by Locals and Vietnamese Friends
I went to check it out today and left with an empty plate, that's all that needs to be said, just indulge! Here are the dishes I ordered this time, mostly recommended by the restaurant staff and Google Maps, you can trust them not to disappoint: 🥟 Water Fern Dumpling ⭐️⭐️⭐️ A specialty starter recommended by the staff, it's not a wrapped dumpling, filled with mashed potatoes and dried shrimp, the skin tastes similar to rice noodle rolls, and the dried shrimp is fragrant when chewed thoroughly. 🥩 Shaken Beef ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It's surprisingly tasty in a subtle way. As someone who doesn't often eat red meat, I found myself enjoying it, and it was the first dish to be finished. Soft Shell Crab The soft shell crab is coated with a thin layer of salted egg yolk and fried, then stir-fried with onions and bell peppers, the salted egg yolk flavor is rich and delicious. For dessert, I had the cream brûlée cheesecake which was good but a bit too sweet, and also the banana coconut cake, which I highly recommend! Unexpectedly, it's a warm cake with large pieces of banana inside. For drinks, I ordered pickled lemon, which tastes like a salty lemon soda. #Philadelphia #VietnameseFood #PhiladelphiaFood #SoutheastAsianCuisine #AmericanDailyLife #PhiladelphiaAround
