Vietnamese Food in Vegas 🍜✨

We recently tried Saigon Corner (9450 W Russell Rd #101, Las Vegas, NV 89148), and here’s our honest take! 🦐 Grilled Shrimp – 10/10! Perfectly charred, juicy, and flavorful — definitely the star of the meal. 🦞 Crawfish – Disappointing. Overpoweringly spicy with little else in terms of seasoning — the flavors just didn’t soak in. 🐚 Shellfish varieties – Mostly just heat without much depth — not well-marinated or infused with herbs. 🥤 Pandan Milk – Way too sweet and tasted overwhelmingly artificial — not the fresh, fragrant pandan we hoped for. While the grilled shrimp was excellent, the rest of the meal didn’t quite hit the mark. If you’re craving Vietnamese in Vegas, maybe stick to the classics here — or explore other spots for more balanced flavors.
