I’ve tried four or five Vietnamese pho restaurants in Helsinki, but this one? The option is great too, though the portion is so huge that I couldn’t finish it last time 😅​ Today, let’s dive deep into the dish! 🍜 The rice noodles are the cylindrical kind, perfectly chewy and soaking up all that delicious broth. Speaking of the broth—it’s got a spicy kick, but as someone from Guangdong, I can handle it with ease! 🌶️ There are around 8 - 9 thinly sliced pieces of beef. They seem to be pre - cooked and then sliced, so they lay flat instead of curling up. The thickness is just right—not too thin at all. And that’s not all! The bowl also has slices of luncheon meat, crunchy bean sprouts, and it even comes with a side salad 🥗. Seriously, it’s one of my all - time favorite lunch choices, and I highly recommend every foodie gives it a try!​ 📌 Pro - tip: If you can’t handle spicy food, go for the menu item. Just a heads up, though—it doesn’t come with the side salad.​ This weekend, my friends and I headed to this amazing restaurant in Kamppi. Let me tell you, the portions here are massive—like a bowl overflowing with goodness! 🤩 And there were so many slices of beef, it was a carnivore’s dream come true.
