Visited Moscow’s Trendy Restaurant L.E.S. 🍔
✨On my last day in Moscow, I finally visited the much-anticipated L.E.S. restaurant. The chef, originally from Siberia, has trained in multiple restaurants in the U.S. and has a unique style. Most of the ingredients are grown in-house, and the dishes blend food with nature in a unique way that everyone loves. ✨I took the Line 3 metro to Apbatackr station and followed the Yandex Maps navigation for over a kilometer to the restaurant. The entrance is on the street, but you need to walk in a bit to see it. The interior is simple, elegant, and full of life. They even have a Chinese menu. Just open <https://lesrestaurant.ru> and select Chinese. 🌐 ✨I ordered venison tartare, baha la egg yolk sauce toast, foie gras parfait, beef fillet with mashed potatoes, and a pot of Chinese green tea. ✨The venison was garnished with cherries that burst in your mouth, offering a sweet and tangy flavor. The foie gras was as smooth as ice cream, and the beef fillet with mashed potatoes was excellent – even better than Tehnikum. ✨After a few dishes, I was very satisfied. Since it was my birthday, the restaurant kindly gifted me a berry cake, which was perfectly sweet and delicious. It was a happy day, though a bit pricey at over 4000₽.
