L.E.S — Restaurant in Presnensky District

I visited the restaurant on a Friday evening, having made a reservation four days in advance. Unfortunately, during a phone conversation, we were informed that our table would be reserved for just 1.5 hours, which was a bit disappointing. However, upon arriving at the restaurant, we noticed many available tables.

The tables were arranged quite closely to each other, which may not appeal to those seeking a more private dining experience. The menu, though, presented a variety of interesting taste combinations. We chose a main dish with octopus and another with duck. The food as absolutely delicious, amazing flavor combinations that we thoroughly enjoyed. It's worth noting that the portions themselves were on the smaller side. Also, the drinks were really good, we tried a couple of cocktails.

Prices were on the higher side, consistent with the upscale nature of the neighborhood. We also tried the pistachio hummus and cheesecake, which were okay but not particularly special. On the service front, the staff was very friendly, and the manager personally approached us to inquire about our dining experience.

Been here 3rd time and generally like it. 2nd time both main, fish dishes were undercooked and cold, same with my lamb dish on 3rd visit. Both times dishes been taken back and served again perfectly. As i have a soft spot for this place I accepted this as dishes are above most eateries in Moscow and can even compete taste-wise with restaurants recently having received stars. Do however suggest to improve quality and consistency of dishes. Will try again in the future but please focus on deliverables. Service excellent good wine list....

Ресторан неплохой, но это не какая-то там высокая или просто сложная кухня, это просто ресторан. Еда простая, вкусная, но незамысловатая. Никаких особых сочетаний вкусов или особых соусов нет. Красивый интерьер, свежие цветы, микро зелень. Забронировали заранее столик, когда пришли, он ещё не освободился, ждали, но нас в итоге посадили за другой столик. Как сказала сама же администратор, наш столик был занят компанией ещё с 12 утра, люди сидели 5 часов ничего не заказав кроме чая, но почему-то их никто не решился выпроводить, даже зная о полной посадке и ждущих следующих гостях. Не надо так. Заказали равиоли, через минут пять после заказа официант вернулся и сказал, что они закончились. Ребята, вы должны предупреждать о недоступных блюдах ещё в момент, когда приносите меню. Я уже выбрала комплект из закуски, горячего и коктейля, и настроилась. А тут, уже выпив коктейль и смотря на салат, внезапно нет горячего. Время было 6 часов вечера выходной нет, в наличии из десертов были только шоколадные камни. Больше ни одного десерта. Как так? Вы не рассчитываете, что в выходные вечером люди придут к вам съесть ещё и десерт? Коктейль фиалковый, из двух слоев, было бы неплохо, но без трубочки слои выбивались отдельно и замечательного смешения сладкого и кислого не случилось. Смешно, но больше всего понравился фисташковый хумус. Равиоль с телатиной, взятый вместо крабового, очень простой, это просто вареник с тушеным мясом с подливкой. Вкусно, но это прям словно блюдо из советсткого прошлого. Не тянет на рекомендацию Мишлен. В общем, этому ресторану надо ещё много чего доработать, в первую очередь организацию...
