Visiting Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas! 🍽️

Finally made it to the legendary Hell's Kitchen — and it did not disappoint! The Beef Wellington was absolutely incredible — tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. 🥩🔥 As for the appetizer, the scallops were my favorite! So fresh and beautifully seared. We tried the dessert included in the set menu — the pudding was way too sweet for our taste, so we swapped it for the cheesecake, which was a major upgrade! 🍰✅ It reminded me of that saying: "The highest praise an Asian person can give an American dessert is: 'It’s not too sweet.'" 😄 So true!
