Parkās Kitch A Korean restaurant tucked away in a downtown alley, it has such a warm vibeāand the prices are easy on the wallet too! š Back in high school, my classmates and I would hit this spot every weekend for dinner. To this day, itās still the best Korean food Iāve ever hadātheir hot pots, bibimbap, and jajangmyeon are all incredible. Seriously, you canāt go wrong with anything on the menu! š² Island PokĆ© Their Hawaiian poke bowls were such a staple for meāIād practically swing by to grab one after school almost every day! š„” Theyāve got locations in both Langford and downtown, which is super convenient. You can choose between white rice or purple rice, then pile on all sorts of toppingsāitās healthy and delicious. My go-to combo? Tofu, fish roe, crab meat, salmon, pineapple, corn, and purple cabbage, drizzled with mayo and aioli. So good! Even after moving to Vancouver, I havenāt found a better poke spot. Plus, itās only around $15 per bowlātotal steal! š° Green Leaf This Vietnamese spot has two locations too, in downtown and Langford. My personal favorite is their pork chop riceātwo huge pieces of meat that are so satisfying to dig into! š„© The pork has this unique, slightly sweet flavor and is grilled to perfection. Then thereās the fresh spring rolls: cool rice paper wrapped around veggies, dipped in their signature sauceāand that sauce is everything, so addictive! š Theyāre affordable, and their pho and meatball soup are great too. #VictoriaFood #Victoria
