We stopped by 📍Wānaka Lavender Farm before leaving town—such a peaceful escape! 💜 🌸 Season Info: Off-peak (now): $7 NZD entry Peak season (Dec-Feb): $15 NZD (when lavender is in full bloom!) 🛍️ Must-Buy Souvenirs: The farm shop is filled with lovely lavender products—hand cream, body oil, soap, and more! 🧴✨ They even have their own honey factory producing 100% pure Wānaka manuka honey 🍯—you can’t find it online, so it’s a true local treasure! We grabbed a few jars as gifts. 🎁💛 🐑 Animal Encounters: The farm has adorable animals—sheep, mini horses, donkeys, and alpacas! 🦙 Perfect for kids or animal lovers. 🍦 Lavender Ice Cream? We tried the honey & chocolate lavender flavor… honestly, the lavender taste was subtle (not as strong as Tasmania’s), but still worth a try! 😋 📌 Tip: If you’re only here for the lavender fields, visit between December-February!
