Crossfire Wanaka — Attraction in South Island

Peter was most professional as he accommodated our session and proceeded to get us start on claybird shooting. Anyone from Singapore should totally do this because in Singapore to do shooting (even for fun) one will need to go through a lot of regulations ie. Buying a gun, getting licenses and purchase of ammo, etc. That's why my emphasis especially when u have such an opportunity to get this done at a totally reasonable price and have so much fun while doing it. Lucky for us is that as Singaporean guys we probably have experience firing rifles. That said however, the recoil from the shotgun is on a different level. Easily the best value entertainment in the area. My friends and I did clay shooting, rifle shooting, archery and mini golf - over 3 hours of entertainment - for only $95 each. Considering that some places in Queenstown charge $150 for clay shooting alone - and that we had just burned $240 each on a disappointing, 10 second giant swing - Crossfire Wanaka is remarkable value. There are cheaper options too, if you're not interested in clay shooting or are pressed for time. Furthermore, the two guys running the show at Crossfire Wanaka are very friendly and extremely helpful. We had an absolute blast (pun intended) and would totally recommend this to anyone wanting to have an awesome time without blowing the week's rent...

Hi Everyone If you are visiting Wanaka then can I highly recommend having a go at Crossfire. My partner and I have just got back from there where we had a blast. I was brought up around guns so knew what to expect but my partner this was her first time even holding a shotgun. The Manager was very easy going and super friendly which made her feel more comfortable trying clay shooting in her words if it wasn't for him she probably wouldn't of had a go at all. This is why I am recommending them as he took the time to make our visit enjoyable to the point she is talking about returning tomorrow to try rifle...
