📍 Sansotei Ramen, 10 Manitou Dr D3, Kitchener, ON N2C 2N3 This ramen spot is really popular! We went around 5 PM on a weekday, and there were already customers trickling in. By the time we were halfway through our meal, the entire restaurant was packed with no empty seats left. 🍜 Tonkotsu Black The broth is rich and full-bodied with a deep, mellow flavor—my friend finished every last drop of soup along with the noodles! 🍜 Tonkotsu Plus If you love truffle, you’ll definitely adore this one. It’s drizzled with truffle oil, adding a unique earthy aroma. The portion of meat is generous too, with extra bacon and meatballs. The meatballs are tender and firm, absolutely delicious! 🍗 Zangi Fried Chicken Fried chicken perfection! The exterior is crispy, while the meat inside is incredibly juicy. A squeeze of tangy lemon juice cuts through the richness—total flavor explosion! 🌶️ Spicy Slow-Cooked Wings These must be simmered slowly; they taste exactly like the braised chicken wings from back home, but less salty. They’re tender, fresh, and full of flavor—highly recommended! In summary, none of these four dishes disappointed—they all exceeded expectations!
