We Expected Better Service π
The hotel boasts an excellent location, and our club room was spacious, comfortable, and offered beautiful views π. However, the club room experience fell far short of our expectations. The breakfast selection was particularly disappointingβit was extremely basic, and on Sunday, we were informed that we had to finish by 9:00 AM (even earlier than usual) due to a later brunch service π₯β. This felt rushed and poorly communicated. At checkout, we were charged an unexpected $160, and no one at the front desk could immediately explain what the charge was for. They processed the payment and said they would "clarify later"βa practice we found highly unprofessional and frustrating π³β. Additionally, the pool was quite small and often overcrowded, making it difficult to fully relax πββοΈπ₯. While the potential is there, the inconsistencies in service and amenities left us disappointed.
