For the last month, we’ve been loving working our way through the secret cocktail menus hidden all around the country. And best of all – all of these secret cocktail menus were available at rooftop bars, offering up sweeping views of the city. How do you unlock a secret menu? -------------------------------- Whether you live in or are visiting NYC, LA or Miami, we’re down to the final days of these secret cocktail menus – and trust us, you really don’t want to miss out. From now until September 30, all you have to do is approach the bartender at a participating bar and say the code word (IYKYK – If You Know You Ketel). In NYC, you can get these secret cocktail menus at Magic Hour, Elsie Rooftop and Mr.Purple. In LA, they are available at Perch LA, The Roof and E.P. & L.P. Rooftop and in Miami, the secret cocktails are being offered up at Rosa Sky, Watr and Sugar. What is available on each secret menu? -------------------------------------- In each city, the bars created drinks which played homage to their cities or offered up a unique spin on classic favorites. In NYC, Magic Hour is serving up a “We Were on a Break” Spritz, playing homages to cult-favorite NYC tv show, FRIENDS. With a base of Ketel One Botanical Cucumber & Mint, this was a refreshing spritz, ideal for the summer. At Elsie Rooftop, New Yorkers are sipping on Appletinis, a sweet and sour twist on the martini. Mr. Purple created a drink for the pickle lovers – the Dirty Hot Dilltini is exactly what it sounds like, with a spicy pickle brine combining with that classic Ketel One taste. In LA, all the drinks lean heavily into the rooftop bar energy that summer brings with it. Aptly named, the Rooftop Session at Perch LA features a Ketel One Botanical Peach & Orange Blossom base combined with elderflower and other fruity flavors. The Halo at The Roof is another fruity favorite, mixing the likes of pear, citrus, peach and more. Finally, at E.P. & L.P. Rooftop, keep the happy hour vibes going with the Golden Hour Martini – another twist on the classic Martini, this time with a citrus-y twist. In Miami, the fruity twists continue. The Rosita Spritz at Watr is an apricot-heavy take on the spritz. Meanwhile, the Guava Gossip at Rosa Sky combines (you guessed it) guava syrup with other fresh flavors.
