Everything is 5 star, however I have to give a 4 regarding service only because at the beginning the hostess wasn’t really the friendliest to my party and I upon arrival. We honestly didn’t have a reservation (our fault on our end) and were advised we could hang out by the bar or in the white tables towards the end of the lounge. We asked if there was anyway to make a reservation or if there were any options and she said no. So we headed over to the area she said we could hang in, and saw a taller table that didn’t have a reservation sign on it and was legit next to the bathroom. A few minutes later, the hostess noticed, walked over and asked us to move to another place because the table was reserved and as she is telling us this she placed the reservation card on the table - it felt a bit rude :/. We again asked her if we could please reserve a table (there were many open) we were willing to pay the seating charge and she said there was nothing available unfortunately. Thankfully, we asked Diego one of the managers for help - to see if there was anything that could possibly get done and he was extremely friendly and accommodating to my party and I. He literally made it work for us and the restaurant. We immediately were able to sit at a nice couch and table. David one of the other managers also stopped in to check in how everything was going and was very kind to us. Our waitress was incredibly thoughtful as well. The food was delicious! I recommend the Buffalo chicken empanadas, the short rib grilled cheese, the fries, the picanha skewers and the salmon tacos! It was too good that I forgot to take pictures lol. The drinks were also really big and delicious, I got the Violet Vixen and the Rosa Sky. The vibe is really nice and the views are spectacular. I def will be back soon. Thank you Rosa Sky for making the...
Read moreSo...as recommended by a friend to check out Rosa Sky, my friend and I decided to go on Friday. It was not a disappointment. Rosa Sky was located on the 22nd floor in Brickell with the most amazing city views. We didn't get a chance to try the food, but we will be back to try everything on the menu...next updated review😉, but did enjoy our bottle of wine. Rosa Sky is definitely our top place to go now. A must try...⭐⭐⭐
The service was 100% perfection. The Bartenders were so kind. And saved our bottle of wine, while we were admiring the beautiful surroundings. The female DJ's that played that night were amazing. They had the vibe and crowd, happy and dancing.
The menu had many varieties of Cocktails, Wines, and regular drinks. The food menu had everything from Hummus to SalmonTacos, and desserts, to name a few. The best part of it all was that everything was priced decently. And for the service and views, that we experienced, it is worth every cent for an amazing and fun time.
Check out Rosa Sky located in Brickell. You will not be disappointed. ⭐⭐⭐ Next visit...Giselle. The sister of Rosa Sky. Till next review. 😉

Update: We went back and once again had a good time at Rosa Sky. The Spinach Artichoke Dip and the Tapas were amazing. The No Sleep Martini and the Rosa Sky Martini are a must try as well. Also, I recommend to get a table per person for $50. It is worth it as you can use those $50 for drinks or a meal, and be nicely seated. 😉⭐⭐⭐
Thank you to our waitress from France. I believe her name was Emilie. For being so kind and consistent. You are truly a sweet person. See you...
Read moreHad such an incredible night at Rosa Sky in Miami! This rooftop bar is the perfect mix of elegance, energy, and unbeatable city views. From the moment you step out onto the terrace, the setting feels magical — colorful lighting, lush décor, and a stunning panoramic view of the Miami skyline that makes every moment feel special.
The service was excellent — friendly hosts, quick seating, and a team that really knows the menu. Our server was attentive without being pushy and made great cocktail and food recommendations. Everything flowed smoothly from start to finish.
The drinks were the highlight — beautifully crafted and full of flavor. Each cocktail felt unique, with creative combinations and gorgeous presentation. We tried a few different ones, and none disappointed. The food was also delicious — small plates meant for sharing, with fresh ingredients and great balance. The truffle fries, tuna tartare, and sliders were all top-notch.
The music and ambiance made the night even better. There’s a chill lounge vibe early on that transitions into a lively rooftop party feel later in the evening — perfect for both relaxing and socializing. Dress up a little if you go; it’s one of those places where people like to look good.
Prices are what you’d expect for a stylish Miami rooftop — not cheap, but fair for the quality and the experience. Arrive around sunset if you can; the view is absolutely breathtaking at that time.
Overall, Rosa Sky is one of those must-visit rooftop spots in Miami. Amazing atmosphere, top-tier cocktails, great food, and a view you’ll never forget. I’ll definitely be...
