Weekend Getaway to a Hidden Gem: Dorchester 🌼 🌿

The night before, I saw an incredibly beautiful Milky Way in Durdle Door, and ended up staying in the nearby quiet town of Dorchester. 🌼 This peaceful little town feels especially cool and comfortable in the hot summer season! 🌟 📍 Dorchester This ancient market town sits by the River Frome, close to Wool and not far from London. The town is very quiet, with old buildings lining the streets.🍲 There aren’t many people around, but the locals I met were super friendly—maybe because they don’t see many Chinese tourists! Haha 😆 🏛️They also recommended the local Dorchester Abbey, which was founded in 1140. The surrounding cottages are full of colorful flowers 🌼 and quirky clay figurines 🧚‍♀️. It’s a charming spot! The Roman Town House is a testament to Dorchester’s prosperity during Roman times.
