👉West Village 4.9/5 Italian Restaurant Lamb Chops Are Amazing 💯

🌟 **Hidden Gem Italian Restaurant in West Village!** The decor feels like a fancy Italian street bistro. On weekends, you can come for brunch and still order from the dinner menu. The dishes like peppered lamb chops, mushroom steak, and tomato-baked fish are all hearty and delicious. It’s never crowded, so the dishes are served one by one, and you don’t have to worry about them getting cold. The restaurant even changes the cutlery for each course, making for a great dining experience. 📍 **Ferdi** Recommendations (in order of preference): 1. **RACK OF LAMB AND SHRIMP COMBO** $40 👍 The trio of peppered lamb chops is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, full of flavorful juices and not gamey at all. It’s pure bliss to eat them with your hands! My friend couldn’t stop raving about how delicious they were. The two succulent shrimp are creamy and slightly sweet with a hint of black pepper. They come with soft cauliflower and fried, creamy potato balls, which are great with the red wine steak sauce. 2. **MANZO MARSALA** $39 🌟 Mushroom Steak. Two layers of tender, thin beef are drenched in a savory steak onion wine sauce. The sautéed mushrooms are oily and delicious, and the soft cauliflower absorbs the sauce perfectly. The fried cassava has a natural sweetness and creaminess. Its slightly crunchy texture, seasoned simply with black pepper and salt, becomes crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making it a perfect side dish. It’s even better dipped in the savory black pepper steak onion wine sauce. 3. **BRANZINO MARECHIARO** $39 🌟 Tomato-Baked Fish. The fish belly is incredibly plump and tender, with no bones at all. It’s topped with juicy, tangy tomatoes and drizzled with seafood sauce, making it very flavorful. The two king crab legs have meat that easily flakes off with a fork. The two large mussels are very fresh and tender, a favorite of my friend. The garlic in the sauce is also soft and flavorful. 4. **VEAL AND CHICKEN SOFIA** $32 🌟 Fried Chicken and Beef Meatballs. The fried chicken cutlet’s crust softens with the sauce, revealing a slightly tangy filling of pesto, cheese, and ham. When you cut into it, you can see the hot, melted cheese oozing out. The side dishes are spinach and creamy mashed potatoes, with mushrooms as the star. They’re delicious dipped in the savory red wine steak sauce. 🍞 The pre-meal bread is warm and crispy, like sourdough, with a soft white bread interior. It comes with olive oil. #NewYork #NYCExploration #NYCEating #NYCRestaurant #NYCFood #NYCFoodGuide #NYCFoodTips #NYCManhattanFood #NYCManhattan #ManhattanFood #NYCHiddenGems #NYCFoodie #NYCItalianRestaurant #NYCWestVillage #NYCTreasureRestaurant #NYCSoho #NYCBrunch #NYNY
